A structural fault has been identified on One Tree Bridge on Graphite Road approximately 21 kilometres from South Western Highway.
For the safety of all road users, traffic control measures have been implemented with the bridge now operating under single-lane conditions, managed by traffic lights, until critical repairs are completed.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution, follow all traffic signals and allow extra travel time.
