Road Seal Rectification Works - South Western Highway, Giblett Street

Due to quality issues with contractor supplied road surfacing to the South Western Highway, Giblett Street and Blechynden Street Roundabout, rectification works are now required.

It is expected these works will be carried out from Tuesday 10 March to Friday 13 March 2020 between 6am and 6pm, weather permitting. Traffic management will be in place for the duration of the works, and whilst every effort will be made to maintain access to properties and minimise inconvenience, the nature of this project is such that some residents may experience minor inconvenience.

"It is unfortunate that this area requires resurfacing, however it is imperative for the long term viability of the road, we are hopeful for suitable weather to reduce the inconvenience" commented Paul Omodei, Shire President.
