St Hilda's makes a home in Pemberton
Perth Girls' School St Hilda's has recently purchased the Foragers property in Pemberton, with plans to offer their students extended opportunities such as camping, hiking and other outdoor and cocurricular learning programs.
Shire President Paul Omodei expressed his enthusiasm saying "St Hilda's Principal, Fiona Johnston said the school is thrilled to be a part of the Pemberton Community, the Shire of Manjimup is just as thrilled to welcome St Hilda's to the region, it is a fantastic addition to the local economy and we will facilitate meetings with local businesses and producers to help enable the delivery of their programs to students, we look forward to working closely with St Hilda's into the future".
St Hilda's intends to name the facility Yeagarup Campus and are planning renovation over the next 12 months to ensure the campus is ready to welcome students in 2021.
