Adoption of Health Amendment Local Law 2021

The Shire of Manjimup has resolved to make a local law with regard to the regulation of public health within the Shire of Manjimup.

The purpose of the local law is to amend the Shire of Manjimup Health Local Law 2020 to correct typographical errors.

The effect of the local law is intended to insert a full stop at the end of clause 8.2, and delete 'subclause 1(a)' and insert 'subclause 2(a)' in clause 9.42(4)(a).

A copy of the local law may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire's Administration Office at Cnr Rose and Brockman Streets, Manjimup, between 8:15am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, viewed on the Shire website here or at any public library within the Shire of Manjimup during normal opening hours.

This local law was gazzetted on Friday 14 May 2021 and will come into effect on Friday 28 May 2021.
