Annual Electors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Electors Meeting of the Shire of Manjimup will be held in the JC Rose Room, corner Rose and Brockman Streets, Manjimup on Wednesday 16 June 2021 commencing at 5pm.

Order of Business:

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous year's Annual Electors Meeting;

2. To receive the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2020; and

3. Any other business.

The annual electors meeting is open to residents, owners and occupiers of property within the Shire of Manjimup.

To allow items of general business or complex questions to be answered, notice of such should be lodged in writing at the Shire of Manjimup at least two working days prior to the meeting.

Copies of the Annual Report are available for inspection from the Administration Centre and Shire libraries during normal office hours, or from the Shire's website here.
