Amendment to 2022/23 Fees and Charges

At its ordinary meeting on 29 September 2022, Council resolved, under the Local Government Act 1995 and the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, to impose a new waste tipping fee for addition to the adopted Fees and Charges Schedule 2022/23.

Disposal of organic agricultural wastes at Shire of Manjimup waste facilities will require payment of a tipping fee of $90.00 per cubic metre including GST, effective from Wednesday 9 November 2022.
