Traffic management

Council provides support for community events that take place on roads with the Shire. In accordance with Main Roads WA stipulations, the Shire provides temporary traffic management to either close a section of road or over-rule the Road Traffic Act in order to enable the safe passage of vehicles through or around the event by speed reduction signage and traffic controllers.
