Notification of Approved Local Planning Scheme Amendment

Local Planning Scheme 4 - Amendment 29

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Hon. Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Manjimup Local Planning Scheme 4 amendment on 21 October 2024 for the purpose of:

1. Amending the definition of Rural Workers Accommodation to delete reference to the term ‘short-stay’ and modify reference to ‘working on that landholding’.
2. Amending clause 5.34.2.7 relating to Rural Workers Accommodation to remove ‘for short-stay purposes’.

Copies of the above amendment are available for inspection at the Shire office on Rose Street, Manjimup.
