The Shire of Manjimup takes alcohol and other drugs very seriously, as we know it can affect communities in devastating ways. Since 2012 the Shire of Manjimup has been a key partner in the Southern Forests Alcohol and Other Drug Project (Project) which aims to prevent alcohol and other drug related harm across the community.
This project is a collaboration between the Shire, St John of God Bunbury, the Mental Health Commission (formally the Alcohol and Drug Office) and the Western Australian Country Health Service. The project is guided by the AODMP Committee which is made up of a number of service providers and community representatives with an interest in alcohol and other drugs.
