Liquor accord
The Southern Forests Liquor Accord was established as an initiative of the Project for licensees, police and the Shire. The Accord aims to provide a cooperative arrangement for licensees, police and the Shire to develop a safe drinking culture and well managed environments in and around licensed premises in the local community.
The Accord is not a political lobbying group for individual agency or community sub-group gain or to the detriment of others. Accord meetings are held twice a year.
For more information about the Accord, please contact the St John of God Alcohol and Other Drug Project Officer Beverly Stone on 9721 9256 or Beverley.Stone@sjog.org.au
